Managing Partner
Prior to co-founding Plus Ultra Asset Management, Frédéric was the Director of Portfolio Management of the EUR 50 million Dexia Carbon Fund (Luxembourg) that successfully invested in carbon reduction projects (CDM and other schemes).
Frédéric started his career as Senior Consultant with PriceWaterhouseCoopers’ Financial Services team in Paris (France). He then moved into the carbon sector by developing and testing a carbon credit valuation method as a researcher at the University of St Gallen (Switzerland). Upon completion of his PhD he joined 3C Consulting (Germany) as Senior Fund Advisor where he set-up a carbon fund focused on CDM investments.
Frédéric holds a Master in Management from ESCP Europe and earned a PhD from the University of St Gallen. He is married and has a daughter. A French and German national, Frédéric speaks fluent French, German, English, and is conversant in Spanish.
